All Rudman products are fully tested before shipment. My basic warranty is: if it failed because of me I will fix it. If it failed because of mistreatment, then you pay parts and time. They work when they leave here. I will repair or replace components that have failed or are faulty, if I deem that they failed to workmanship or component failure under normal use.

Service

I expect that there will be some abuses to this product. By it's very nature it's limits can be exceeded with improper charger settings. I hope that my customers can adjust and limit their own equipment to allow the Rudman Regulators to live a long and useful life. The power resistor will be the component to be damaged by excessive charging currents. The charge for replacing this component will be $5.00 for each failed unit. Or I can send you the part and you can do it yourself.
